Description

The summer REU program offers research opportunities for domestic undergraduates. The program is open to any student who is majoring in a science or engineering-related field.

Students will be partnered with a faculty mentor based on their interests, they will conduct a research project, and they will present their work at a student symposium at the end of the summer.

Students will receive a $4,000 stipend for completing the program. Room and board will not be provided.

Eligibility

  • The program is open to U.S. Citizens and permanent residents only.
  • Women, members of under-represented minority populations, and
  • students from institutions that do not have strong STEM research programs are encouraged to apply.
