Eligibility
Full-time undergraduates majoring in a STEM discipline with an interest in research
Completed a minimum of 30 credits before the start of the program
U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Cumulative GPA of 2.80 or better
LSAMP supports broadening participation from groups that have been historically underrepresented (African American, Latinx, American Indians, Native Pacific Islanders, etc.) in STEM disciplines
Graduating seniors are ineligible
Students in allied health fields (OT/PT, nursing, medicine, medical technology, pharmacy) are ineligible
