The National Science Foundation, who makes REU (Research Experience for Undergraduates) possible, gives undergraduates the opportunity to join research projects for the summer. This allows students to experience first-hand how basic research is carried out, and to contribute consequentially. For Summer 2024, we will have a small number of REU positions.

• The program is open to all students who have completed their first year of study and who have a serious interest in chemistry. Most students will have completed their junior years, although talented students with less experience will also be considered for acceptance in the program.
