Al Coleman/Bev Peratino Allied Healthcare Scholarship

Description

This Fund was established in 2015 to support students pursuing additional education in an ancillary healthcare services position (including but not limited to radiology technician, laboratory technician, cardiovascular technician, surgical technician, EMT and/or sonography or advancement in one of these fields that result in a certificate or degree).

Eligibility

  • Designated for: Can be a graduating high school senior, non-traditional student or a continuing student but students must be enrolled at least part-time to receive the award.
  • College Enrollment: Any accredited 2-year college or vocational school located within the United States.  
  • Other Criteria: Students must have a high school diploma or GED, be a resident of the state of Colorado, have demonstrated financial need and must display a commitment to academics.
  • Renewable: Yes, the scholarship is available for up to two consecutive years.  Students must maintain good academic standing and be enrolled at least part-time to be eligible for the second year.
