The Alaska Airlines / Horizon Air Pilot Scholarship, valued at $5,000, supports a female pilot pursuing a professional airline pilot career with the goal of working for Alaska Air Group. The scholarship is aimed at supporting individuals who demonstrate strong academic performance, community involvement, and leadership skills, and who have an interest in the Pilot Development Program at Alaska Airlines.

• Must be a female pilot.
• Must be a full-time college student at the junior or senior level with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale), or interested in the Pilot Development Program.
• Evaluation based on volunteer work, academic standing, teamwork, leadership skills, airmanship, and interest in working for Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air.
