This scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate student in the College of Education who plans to teach, and has been demonstrate unmet need as determined by the University of South Alabama.

• Eligible applicants must be Junior or Senior status in a College of Education teacher certification program, have completed 64 hours in a Teacher Education Program, have been admitted to Teacher Education Candidacy.
• Applicants must also have a 3.2 or higher instituional GPA.
