The American Business Systems Scholarship is awarded to students from the St. Claire primary service region who are studying in the business or information technology field.

- From a county within the SCH service region- Bath, Carter, Elliott, Fleming, Lewis, Magoffin, Menifee, Montgomery, Morgan, Rowan, or Wolfe- Minimum GPA of 3.0- Incoming freshman in the fall semester- Full-time status at an accredited college or university- Pursuing a business field
