This scholarship was established by Dr. Amelia A. Baldwin in memory of her late husband Mr. Andrew P. Baldes.

• Qualified students should be full-time undergraduate students with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
• Preference shall be given to rising juniors or seniors who are accounting majors and also veterans.
