This scholarship was established in 2003 to memorialize Anthony Alexander, Andrew Delos Reyes, and Jeremy Tolentino all of which were students of Mililani High School.

HCF Criteria:

• Be a resident of the State of Hawaii
• Be in good academic standing or by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0

Donor Criteria:

• Be a Mililani High School senior
• Demonstrate financial need
• Essay required on the subject of drinking and driving under the influence, highway safety or another related subject.
