Established in 2022, the Barry and Lisa McKinley-PTAC Engineering LLC Endowed Scholarship in Civil Engineering was created to honor students pursing a degree in Civil Engineering.

• Applicants must be full-time undergraduates with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
• Preference is given to students juniors and seniors, majoring in Civil Engineering, who reside in the gulf coast region of Alabama, and who demonstrate financial need as determined by the University.
• A completed FAFSA is required to be considered for this award.
