The Barry K. Wendt Memorial Scholarship is presented annually to a student who plans to pursue a career in the aggregates industry. This $5,000 scholarship was created to honor the memory of the late Barry K. Wendt, an NSSGA member who tirelessly devoted his energy to advancing the causes of the aggregates industry.

- Eligible students will be enrolled in a mining-related degree program and will have completed at least one year of college coursework.
