The purpose of this fund is to ensure the opportunity for students of Cowan High School in Delaware County, Indiana, to further their education through a four-year college or university program. This scholarship is awarded to deserving students based on their demonstrated potential for success in college and their character while a student at Cowan High School.

• Applicants must: 1) be graduating students or past graduates of Cowan High School; and
• 2) be in pursuit of or plan to pursue a bachelor’s degree at a four-year college or university on a full-time basis.
• SELECTION CRITERIA: Selection will be based on the applicant’s potential for success in college and his or her character as demonstrated while a member of the Cowan High School community.
