This scholarship was established in 2005 by Dr. and Mrs. Richard E. Talbott to provide financial assistance to an outstanding USA student who is an active member of the Chi Omega Fraternity, Beta Theta Chapter.

• Students should have a minimum 3.0 GPA and a minimum of Sophomore level classification.
• Students should also demonstrate active involvement in Chi Omega fraternity life and emulate the ideals of the fraternity as outlined in the Chi Omega Symphony.
