This scholarship was established in April 2009 for the purpose of providing an annual award to a College of Arts and Sciences, Nursing or Allied Health students at USA who demonstrate financial need.

• College of Arts and Sciences, Nursing or Allied Health students at USA who demonstrate financial need.
• Students must be Sophomore, Junior or Senior status, in good standing.
• Preference shall be given to a student who is a graduate of Vigor or Blount High School in Alabama.
