The CAE 2025 Bombardier Learjet Maintenance Initial Scholarship, valued at $12,000, is awarded to a WAI member for an FAA maintenance initial course. This scholarship includes training for Bombardier Lear 60 FAA Initial or Bombardier Lear 45 FAA Initial at the CAE Dallas training center. The scholarship aims to support individuals with the necessary knowledge and experience for ICAO-standard licenses or equivalent qualifications. The recipient will also become a CAE Women In Flight Ambassador, helping to inspire and guide the next generation of female pilots.

• Responsible for all lodging and travel costs.
