The Cardinal and Straw Endowed Scholarship was established in 2017 by Dr. Richard and Rosemary Talbott to provide a tuition scholarship to an active Beta Theta Chapter of Chi Omega Fraternity member.

• Students must be a sophomore or higher and have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Students must demonstrate active involvement in Chi Omega Fraternity life and emulate the ideals of the fraternity as outlined in the Chi Omega Symphony.
