The Carol Walters Butler Memorial Endowed Scholarship in Mechanical Engineering was established in December 2017 by Jimmie L. Butler for the purpose of providing financial assistance to a full-time undergraduate student majoring in Mechanical Engineering.

• Incoming freshmen should have a minimum 3.0 high school GPA and a minimum 23 ACT.
• Current students should have a minimum 3.0 institutional GPA.
• Student should be involved in extra-curricular activities at USA, in the community, civic, or has received academic honors.
