To provide scholarship to those students who are in need to achieve their educational goal.

• Applicants must be graduating seniors from Redlands High School with a 3.5 or higher GPA who are going to attend a four-year college/university on a full-time basis in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in political science, history, or education.
