Children’s Education Scholarship

Description

The Folded Flag Foundation’s Children’s Education Scholarship is open to K-12 students who are relatives of a U.S soldier or an employee of the U.S government who passed away while carrying out their duties. The award is to be used to cover private school tuition and fees, tutoring, after-school programs, summer camps, and other related educational expenses.

Eligibility

  • Eligible recipients must be the spouse (all ages) or child* (under the age of 26) of:
  • A member of the U.S. military who died as a result of hostile action or in an accident related to U.S. combat operations.
  • An employee of the U.S. government who died as a result of hostile action or in an accident related to U.S. combat operations.

* While we welcome children under the age of 18 in The Folded Flag Foundation scholarship program, we require a parent or guardian to complete and submit the scholarship application form on behalf of the child.
