This scholarship was established to provide financial assistance to a current sophomore, junior, or senior student who is an active member in at least two USA student organizations and holds an officer position within at least one of the organizations.

• Students must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and express financial need.
• Preference shall be given to political science majors who meet the above criteria.
