Established in 2021 by Dr. Eric Delay to support students from Colbert and Lauderdale, Alabama counties as they pursue their educational goals at the University of South Alabama.

• Recipients must be full-time undergraduates with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
• Preference will be given to students from Colbert or Lauderdale counties in Alabama who show an interest in the College of Arts and Sciences.
