The Doc and Hilda Francis Family Scholarship is designed to support graduating seniors from Russia High School who are pursuing adult education, a trade school, or a two-year or four-year degree. This scholarship aims to assist students who demonstrate financial need, academic ability, community and school service, and have received recommendations.
