These scholarships were established by the family of Dorothy and Harold Brokering to support students that demonstrate a love of learning, work ethic, a focus on community, curiosity, and creative ways to better our world.

• Designated for: A graduating senior from Windsor High School.  
• College Enrollment: Any accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
• Minimum GPA: Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.75.
• Other criteria: The student(s) selected will demonstrate a love of learning, work ethic, a focus on community, curiosity, and creative ways to better our world.  Evidence of good character must be apparent. No student who has been involved in illegal activities shall be eligible.  
• Scholarship funds will be awarded when the student has completed one semester in college and attained a grade point average of 3.25 or higher.  After the first semester of school, this student must also present a written statement verifying that he/she has continued to exhibit good character and extracurricular/community involvement as outlined above.
• Renewable: No.
• Scholarship Amount: $3,000 ($1500.00 if awarded to two students).
