The Robert Lee Wilson Scholarship in Mathematics and Statistics was established in June 2022 for the purpose of providing financial assistance to junior and senior-level students with a declared major in mathematics and statistics.

• Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or better, and preference will be given to students who increase diversity in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics. The scholarship was created by Ellen K. Wilson, daughter of Dr. Wilson and associate librarian in the University Libraries, as a way to honor and celebrate her father's 40 + years as both a professor of mathematics and an administrator at Rutgers University.
