The Elaine Laughlin Scholarship is designed to support high school seniors residing in Shelby County who have demonstrated academic excellence, financial need, and a commitment to community and school service. This scholarship aims to assist students in furthering their education.

• Shelby County residents who are high school seniors maintaining a high school GPA of no less than 3.6.
• Selection based upon (in order of priority): Financial need, academic ability, demonstrated community and school service, and recommendations.
