In honor of the memory of Etta Gray, a loving caregiver for the William Hipp family, this scholarship was established to assist students who have a permanent residence in Upstate, South Carolina (Greenville Spartanburg, Anderson , Mauldin , Easley )and who are pursuing a technical certification (i.e. Computer Technology, PC Programming, and Networking) at specific technical colleges in Upstate South Carolina

• Must be an undergraduate student
• Must attend a four-year college, two-year college or a vocational-tech school
• Minimum 2.5 GPA
• Must not be attending high school currently
• Must study full-time
• Restricted to residents of South Carolina
• Restricted to students studying in South Carolina
• Restricted to students studying Computer Science/Data Processing
