In honor of Dr. Robert Barrow---one of the founders of the Department of Political Science and Criminal Justice along with Dr. David L. Horton--we have established the Founders Award. This scholarship award will be presented annually to a student who, like Dr. Barrow, best represents a commitment to scholarship and professionalism in Political Science, Criminal Justice, and public service.
