This Fund was established by the Hall family to reward students from Weld County high schools who are dedicated to academics but also school and community activities.

• Designated for: A graduating senior from any public Weld County high school.
• College Enrollment: Any accredited two- or four-year college, university, junior college, or trade school in the United States.
• Minimum GPA:  4.0 GPA (unweighted).
• Other Criteria: Must be a citizen of the United States and be active in Advanced Placement/ International Baccalaureate courses and extracurricular activities (including participation in at least one sport).
• Renewable: No.
• Scholarship Amount: $3,000
