The Harvel A. Owens Endowed Scholarship in Education was established in July 2018 for the purpose of providing a tuition scholarship to a full-time undergraduate student.

• 3.0 GPA or higher
• Junior or Senior in the College of Education & Professional Studies who has been admitted into the program for candidacy.
• Preference will be given to students who are pursuing a degree in teacher education or a Junior or Senior in the College of Education & Professional Studies who has been admitted into the program for candidacy.
