The James and Ivel Caldwell Scholarship was established in 1993 for the purpose of providing financial assistance to overseas travel for any Arts and Sciences major wishing to study abroad. This scholarship was made possible by James P. Caldwell in honor of his parents, Dr. and Mrs. James Caldwell.

• Arts and Sciences major wishing to study abroad.
• Applicants should have a minimum 3.0 GPA in their major and in foreign language courses.
