Established in July 2022, the Jane Wilson Scholarship in English aims to provide financial assistance to students majoring in English. Created by Ellen Wilson an associate librarian in the University Libraries in honor of her mother, Jane Wilson, a graduate of Brown University with a degree in English Literature.

• This scholarship will serve as inspiration to others who enjoy literature and strive to be life long learners.
• Recipients must be full-time undergraduates majoring in English who have a 3.0 or higher insitutional GPA.
• Preference will be given to studnets who increase the diversity of the Department of English.
