The Janet Clark Memorial Scholarship, valued at $1,500, is offered by the WAI Washington State Chapter in memory of Janet Clark, a former FAA airworthiness aviation safety inspector and active chapter member. This scholarship supports individuals working toward a career in aviation and who have demonstrated a commitment to the field through volunteer work.

• Must be working toward a career in aviation.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited aviation-related program.
• Must have experience volunteering in WAI events and/or aviation-related events in the previous year.
• Must provide detailed explanations of career plans, goals, and volunteer experiences.
