The Jeanne M. Sanderford Scholarship was established in December 2013 by Jeanne M. Sanderford. The purpose of this scholarship is to provide financial assistance to a full-time student majoring in the College of Education.

• Applicants should be entering their senior year and have a minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Preference shall be given to a student that plans to pursue a career in school or community counseling.
• Preference shall also be given to students from the Mobile, Alabama area.
• A student who has previously been awarded this scholarship shall be ineligible in the following years.
