This Fund was established in 2005 in memory of Judd K. Fulton, a 2003 Northridge High School graduate.

• Designated for: One graduating senior from Northridge High School and one graduating senior from any of the Weld County School District Six High Schools.
• College Enrollment: Any accredited two- or four-year college or university.
• Other Criteria: Must have earned at least one varsity letter in football, or field sports (not including track).
• Renewable: No.
