Kamal, president of Piggly Wiggly, and his wife, Eugenie, are advocates and leaders within several organizations throughout Mobile and Baldwin Counties. Kamal is a Global USA Advisory Board member and works closely with our university leadership to advance South Alabama's mission, especially in recruiting international students. Their three daughters, Lara, Michelle, and Maya, earned their degrees from the University of South Alabama. This scholarship will provide financial assistance to international students.

• Students must be full-time undergraduate students with a 3.5 or higher GPA.
• Preference will be given to students who also meet the following criteria: Students who have graduated from any school in Lebanon OR are entering the university as international students.
• In addition, students not already receiving institutional fringe benefits or aid.
