The Law Enforcement Officer Memorial (LEOM) Scholarship benefits dependent children of New Jersey law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty.

Benefits:

The LEOM scholarship covers up to the cost of attendance, less other scholarships, grants, benefits and other assistance awarded under HESAA statute.

• Be a dependent child of a New Jersey law enforcement officer killed in the line of duty
• Be citizens, eligible non-citizens or eligible to file the NJ Alternative Financial Aid Application
• Be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree program at an approved New Jersey college, university or degree-granting proprietary school during the Fall and/or Spring semester(s) only
  • Summer term available in limited circumstances
• Maintain satisfactory academic progress
• Students who have received the maximum number of payments (8) are not eligible.
