This scholarship is awarded to currently enrolled or graduate students of the HOEEP Program that plan to further their education in the WVC Tree Fruit/Horticulture program. First preference given to HOEEP graduates who plan to remain in the industry. Second preference give to the children of HOEEP grads without limitation to field of study. Third preference given to students seeking a Tree Fruit/Horticulture degree. If no applicants meet first and second preference, scholarship may be awarded to any student enrolled in an agriculture program at WVC.
