This scholarship was established in 2003 for the support of students enrolled full-time in the WVC Nursing program. Must be from Chelan, Douglas or Okanogan counties. The 2023-24 awards are made in memory of Ann Elliot, a longtime EMT at Lifeline Ambulance. Described as courageous, brave, and hard working, Ann was also a strong leader and showed many new employees how to do on the spot medical aid. In addition to her time at Lifeline, she also worked in the Emergency Room at Central Washington Hospital.
