This scholarship was established in 1994 by Louise and Robert Locke for students from Choctaw County, Alabama who are graduating seniors from either Choctaw County High School, Patrician Academy, South Choctaw Academy, or Southern Choctaw High School and are regularly admitted freshmen.

• Applicants must have a 3.0 or higher GPA and a 23 or higher ACT/SAT score.
