This Fund was established by Gladys Hopkins in memory of her daughter, Lynne Hopkins. Lynne was an educator and school administrator in California. She passed away in July of 2001 after a long battle with breast cancer.

• Designated for: Graduates from any Weld County high school.
• College Enrollment: Any accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational school.
• Other Criteria: Must have demonstrated financial need and an ability, talent or training need that can be enhanced through additional education. Selection will be based on potential for success, need, citizenship and leadership.
