The Malcome R. Howell scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate student in the College of Education who plans to teach, and has declared a major in a teaching curriculum in the College of Education.

• Students must be enrolled in the USA College of Education,
• Declared a teaching curriculum as a major to qualify.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.00 and a Program Component Cumulative GPA of 3.00.
• To be considered for this scholarship, please complete the College of Education & Professional Studies Application.
