The Mike & Ann Loy Foundation Scholarship is designed to support students who demonstrate financial need, academic ability, community and school service, and have received recommendations. This scholarship specifically excludes class valedictorians and salutatorians, aiming to assist other high-achieving students.

• GPA of no less than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, not be named the class valedictorian or salutatorian, and enrolled in an accredited college or university in the coming academic year.
• Selection based upon: Financial need, academic ability, community and school service and recommendations.
