Nafisa Iqbal Memorial Scholarship for Muslim Studies was established by Nazia, Sheba, and Zoya Khan in memory of their mother, Nafisa Iqbal, who pass away in 2018. This scholarship is to honor her memory and love for Urdu poetry and literature.

This scholarship shall be awarded to a current undergraduate student with a 3.3 GPA or higher.

• The recipient must also have proven interest in Muslim Studies through a paper, research project, thesis, service-learning project, or significant creative writing.
• Preference will be given to a student that is in the College of Arts and Sciences.
