This scholarship is awarded to Mendocino county seniors (excluding Ukiah High School) who are first-, second-, or third-generation (minimum one parent or one grandparent) immigrants; have a weighted 3.0 GPA or higher; have financial need, and intend to pursue a course of study at an accredited two- or four-year college or university.
