Through the Richard and Louise Varco Scholarship Fund, The Saint Paul & Minnesota Community Foundations are offering scholarships of up to $5,000 to applicants who demonstrate high achievement and financial need. The program is available to the following:

• In either case, applicants must plan to enroll full time at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school IN MINNESOTA for the entire upcoming academic year.
• In addition, applicants must have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent).
