The Rick and Julie Harvey Scholarship for Graduates of Ben C. Rain High School was established in 2021 for the purpose of providing a scholarship to a deserving and driven incoming freshman graduating from Ben C. Rain High School. This scholarship is intended to support students as they achieve their educational goals and realize their potential.

• Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 high school GPA and a minimum 23 ACT/SAT converted score.  
• Preference will be given to students who are majoring in Business.
