The Rocco C. Caffarelli Scholarship was created in honor of Mr. Rocco C. Caffarelli – a successful entrepreneur whose wholesale grocery business served stores throughout the South Texas region. The scholarship provides educational opportunities for young men residing in Texas with plans to attend a Texas college/university in pursuit of a bachelor's degree. ​

• Young man residing in Texas
• Enrolled full-time as an undergraduate student
• Attending a Texas college, university, or seminary with the intent to major in one of the following fields of study: education, science, religion, business, music, applied arts or sciences
• Financial assistance need
• Person of sound mental capacity, good moral character and ideals
• Earned a minimum 3.2 GPA out of a 4.0 GPA scale
