Financial information is just one component of the full evaluation process, and there is not an established threshold of adjusted gross income used as an eligibility requirement. Applicants are first considered on the basis of merit. We encourage all applicants to apply and to not rule themselves out based on financial circumstances.
Ineligible candidates include employees and Trustees of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) who administer the Ronald Reagan Library, and Kaleidoscope and their immediate families, as well as members of the GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program selection committee and their immediate families.
