This scholarship was established by the Rotary Club of Mobile-Sunrise to provide funding for an annual tuition endowed scholarship to an incoming freshman who resides in one of the counties within the Rotary International District 6880, demonstrates community service and participates in at least one of the following Rotary sponsored programs: member of Rotary Interact Club and/or participant in the Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) program.
