This scholarship was established for the purpose of providing financial assistance to a permanent resident of Clarke County, Alabama with a minimum 3.0 high school GPA and/or minimum 3.0 college GPA.

• a minimum 3.0 high school GPA and/or minimum 3.0 college GPA.
• If there is no student from Clarke County, Alabama then preference should be given to permanent resident of Alabama.
• Preference should be given to a student who exhibits financial need as defined by the Office of Financial Aid.
